The US e-commerce site was the first site ‘update’ for the brand globally in many years, and the US work served as a blueprint for other regions’ redesigns. This was also the the first digital use of updated brand guidelines following the hiring of a Global Creative Director for the brand, who was closely involved. I managed Shiseido’s redesign from Strategy and Experience Design, through Content Strategy and delivery for Development.
